What does optional monthly upkeep cover?
Hosting upkeep, small text and photo updates, and keeping the site running smoothly. Upkeep is $75 per month and covers that. Upkeep + SEO ($175 per month) adds ongoing on-page SEO updates, a monthly blog or content post, Google Business Profile help, local citations and a monthly report. Growth ($300 per month) adds Google Ads management; ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to Google. All plans are optional, with no guaranteed rankings or results.
What is the difference between SEO Lite and Full SEO?
SEO Lite covers the essentials: page titles and descriptions, structured data, a page that loads fast on phones, and a Google Business Profile checklist. Full SEO adds keyword research, content recommendations and ongoing improvements. Both are quoted for your business before any work starts.
Do you set up online booking?
Yes. Online booking setup is an optional $150 one-time. We set up a booking tool and connect it to your site. Any booking tool subscription is paid to that provider.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Yes. Page Proper is based in Polk County, Florida and works with small businesses nationwide, mostly by email.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. We do not guarantee rankings. We do honest, steady SEO work and quote it up front.
